Trust Officer ~ gpac ~ Williston, North Dakota, USA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Administrates trusts and the property therein, probate wills in accordance with financial institution policies and state laws, administration of IRA Accounts and administration of Investment Agency Accounts
* Selling trust services and administering trust accounts, including retention, development and growth of existing trust accounts, participate in Officer Call Program and complete reports on calls as required, develop rapport with attorneys, CPAs, and other financial professionals
* Acts as legal conservator of minors and incompetents in handling real or personal properties, in accordance with the wishes of the court system, government agencies, and financial institution policies and procedures. Completes reports to the "Court" if necessary
* Manages real estate, farmland, oil, gas, and other minerals. Manages investments for accounts from an approved investment database. Responsible for maintaining accounts" investment objective
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years of experience in banking, trusts, estates, investing, or retirement plans
* Great communication skills
* CFTA designation a plus
* Great customer service skills
* High level of integrity and confidentiality
