Job Summary

The Technology Lead – ABAP will lead the development, enhancement, customization, integration, unit testing and documentation of custom SAP ABAP components in support of business and technical requirements not addressed by standard, configurable SAP Application content.

Responsibility

Deliver ERP services (projects and enhancements) contributing to optimization of enterprise processes)
Acts as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
Transform business function requirements into technical programs specs to code, test and debug programs.
Develop, code, document and execute unit tests.
Perform performance tuning to optimize application performance
Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions
Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team.
Strengthen SAP Technical capability to create a Global SAP Customer Center of Expertise
Lead a group of ABAP Developers
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
Active participation in SAP Technical Trainings

Job Experiences and Skills Required

With at least 3 year experience in performing SAP ABAP Development and writing technical specification.
Experience working with ECC 6.0 and also SAP PI/PO
Has at least 1 year SAP Fiori development experience
Has working knowledge on Gateway development
Has Java Experience
Has familiarity with SAP Development Standards and Procedures

Educational Attainment Required

Graduate of any Computer-related courses.
