Job Description:
• Consistently offer outstanding professional and friendly service
• Responsible in assisting customers regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Has full knowledge of beverage list, menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Responsible in greeting the customers, provide suggestions, answer and present the menu
• Take and send orders to kitchen staff
• Responsible in preparing bills, take cash and make change, and balance daily transactions
• Clean and clear dining tables
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Services Management/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related working experience
• With outstanding customer service skills and customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Very pleasing, outgoing and confident
