Requirements:
• Preferably Non- Native Portuguese Speaker
• Proficient in both Portuguese and English
• Open high school and college level
• Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage
• Familiar with computer application

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing system technical support
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Gather information for reported technical issues and concern
• Investigate and escalate IT support
• Maintain and manage system updates
