A community-oriented bank is seeking a Market President to join and lead their team of Ag Loan Officers in a very ag-centric community near (not in) Lewiston, MN.
What you need:
* Strong foundation in Agriculture lending experience is required
* Personal farming or ranching experience is a plus
* Management experience preferred
* Agriculture or Finance related degree
* Ability to communicate with farmers/growers/ranchers/producers in the area and build a book of business
