- Able to work independently and as a team player JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is looking for a Nursery/Finisher Farm Managers in eastern Nebraska to oversee day to day operation in a Nursery to Finish operation or operations. This person will be responsible for leading 2-25 employees and overseeing 12,000 to 48,000 head of swine depending on abilities and past experience. This person must have leadership and swine rearing experience as well as previously working in a nursery, feeder pig facility, or a swine finisher farm. Must have good understanding of ventilation system, animal health, pig flow, etc. Must be self-motivated and have good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
