De Lacy Executive are currently seeking a Production Planner to join a successful UK company manufacturing animal feeds in Yorkshire. This role will involve assisting in all aspects of production planning to ensure that all products meet safety, quality and environmental specifications. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with the sales, production, transport and raw materials departments in a timely manner to ensure effective production. Furthermore, this position will involve compiling analysis of production as well as reports, database records and maintenance reports therefore IT skills with a particular focus on excel are a distinct advantage. Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- The ability to work well under pressure and to strict production deadlines
- Ideally, Production planning experience
- Organisation skills with high attention to detail
- A full UK Driving License
