Sales Manager - Tomatoes
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Sales Manager to handle all the seed sales associated with tomatoes. This is a very stable global seed company. This position may be located anywhere in California, but preference would be in an area where you have a solid presence in the particular market. The successful candidate will be responsible to growing the product line through grower trials, product development and working network channels. Whats in it for you:

Product development and trialing of new material.
Working very closely with management, production, product managers, marketing and research to promote and sell the best varieties in the industry.
Growing product line.
Sales forecasts and market intelligence. A successful candidate for this Sales Manager position will possess the following:
Bachelor"s Degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science or other relevant agriculture discipline.
7-10 years experience in vegetable industry, preferably in specific or similar crop (processing tomatoes), and/or seed. Experience does NOT have to be in tomatoes, but desirable.
Good work ethic with a proven ability to work with growers.
Must be willing to live in California.
Compensation: Compensation is to be determined based on experience.

Desired Location: The Sales Manager will be located in the Central Valley of California.
