gpac is happy to announce its partnership with one of the most well respected construction equipment rental and service companies in not only Northern California, but the United States as a whole. They are in need of a new Shop Foreman in one of their facilities, and are searching for a journeman technician with a desire to step into leadership. The ideal candidate will have:
* 5-15 years of heavy equipment technician experience
* History with electrical, hydraulic, and engiine repairs on backhoes, loaders, dozers, blades, rollers, and booms
* Familiarity with Komatsu, JD, and Cat systems
* Demonstrated consistency with equipment return times
* Management traits (i.e. strong communication skills, adaptabiliy, organization skills)
