Outstanding opportunity for a Farm Equipment Territory Manager to grow our footprint and support dealer efforts in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and the Dakotas. What will the Territory Manager be doing?
We are seeking an individual that has excellent selling, problem solving, customer service, and mechanical skills. This person will work alongside our dealers and will help demonstrate, set up, and support our products in the field. In this role you will recruit, terminate, and train dealers. You will be responsible for building market share, collections, sales forecasting, business planning, and managing a budget. What do you need to be successful in the Territory Manager position?
The ideal candidate will have a passion for operating, demonstrating, and working on farm equipment, tractors, and harvesting equipment. You will do especially well in the territory if you have a strong livestock and hay production background. We are seeking a highly ambitious individual that wants to travel extensively, have fun, and provide excellent customer service to our dealers and customers. Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the 60-75 range, depending on experience, plus commission and bonus structure ($80-$120 DOE).

Desired Location: The Territory Manager will be located in Western Wisconsin, Eastern Minnesota, or Northern Iowa.
