Directly calling on farmers to earn their grain business.
Know and recommend grain marketing strategies to farmers.
Be the go-to person regarding customer service.
Work with agronomy sales people to sell grain origination and agronomy products and services. A successful candidate for this Grain Origination Business Manager position will possess the following:
Basic understanding of grain merchandising.
Strong face-to-face communication skills.
Ability to get the job done
Possess a solid work ethic.
Willingness to learn the business.
Compensation: Compensation for this position is $75K to $90K+.
