We have an outstanding opportunity for a field service specialist to join our team. This individual will assist in supporting dealer efforts in the Midwest Region. Qualified individuals can live near Omaha, Kansas City, or Des Moines. We are seeking an individual that has excellent problem solving, customer service, and mechanical skills. This person will work alongside a territory manager/product specialist and will work directly with dealers to solve technical issues with tractors and hay equipment. The position will support our dealer network as well as our territory managers and product specialist in the region. What do you need to be successful in this Field Service Specialist position?
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high mechanical aptitude with technical degree, and strong production agriculture background. You will have a passion for operating and working on tractors, hay tools and forage harvesting equipment. Your ability to train and support dealer technicians will be vital in this role. We are seeking a highly ambitious individual that wants to travel extensively, have fun, and provide excellent customer service to our dealers and customers. Compensation: Base salary in the $65,000 - $75,000 range plus up to 8% bonus.
