Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday

Languages: Mandarin and English

REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading Cantonese and English
Bachelor’s degree holder of any course
CSR Experience is a plus
Can starts as soon as possible
Filipino-Chinese
(Open to Native with Permanent Visa | Least priority – Chinese Native with Tourist/Working Visa)

DUTIES:
Handles inquires about online banking and internet banking
Handles reports about hoax and suspicious emails
Handle lost and stolen credit cards
Handle general inquiries via email, chat and call
