Job Description:
• Performs advance remote PC/Mac/mobile devices/home technology diagnostic and repair, optimization, and setup of client devices
• Able to effectively troubleshoot and support clients on latest devices/technology
• Vocational diploma / short course certificate with at least 1-2 years of work experience
• Graduate of any 4 year IT related courses
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Work Location : IT Park, Cebu
