This company is a multi-location retailer that is well established, financially stable, and offers a very good compensation and benefits plan. The role will be overseeing one of their locations and will be 60% Agronomy, 30% Grain, and 10% Mechanic Shop Manager. The Location Manager will be in charge of Agronomy and Grain operations, overseeing customer credit at location and day to day oversight of the Sales people. The location has 20 full-time employees and they are seeking someone that can create a professional environment for employees and customers with a goal of retaining and attracting new customers.
