Job Description:
Handle inquiries and orders for medical supplies and equipment
Gather accurate customer information for order processing or product support purposes
Provide after sales inquiry and support to hospitals and other customers and coordinate with other department for scheduling of replacement or product demonstrations
Requirement:
At least 2nd year undergraduate or Graduate of any Allied Medical courses or BS Nursing
With at least 18 months of BPO or Call Center experience
Good English Communication skills
Amenable to work on night shift / shifting schedule
Willing to work in Fort BGC (Taguig)
SALARY PACKAGE:
Monthly Fixed Salary – P24,000 to P25,000
Paid training
HMO
Holiday pay and night differential pay
