Marketing Lead
Gpac is a nationwide recruiting firm, and our client is an architecture, planning and interior design firm based in Seattle. Thier marketing team works hard and likes to have fun doing it. They"re looking for a coordinator to join our team who can not only help us write and edit proposals, but also create copy with substance for our marketing materials.
In this position, this marketing individual will help prepare collateral including qualifications packages, proposals, interview materials, award submittals, website copy, brochures, social media, html emails, advertising, print publications, etc. (Preparation may include brainstorming, editing, writing, formatting/layout, proofreading, and production. Writing and copywriting skills are critical, including the ability to proofread, edit, and rewrite to strongly convey themes and/or firm messaging.)
This person must be able to drive the completion of projects independently and collaborate with an internal team including marketing specialists, graphic designers, web developer, business development director, principals and project managers to ensure your projects meet their goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
Must have:
* Four-year degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related major, OR an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
* Excellent writing, editing and research skills. (Copy writing skills a plus.)
* Eye for graphic detail.
* High proficiency in Adobe InDesign CS, Microsoft Office Suite
* Basic Photoshop skills.
* Top-notch organizational and prioritization skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Must be:
* Detail oriented.
* Able to work under pressure (work is frequently performed under rigid time constraints where a narrow margin for errors or delays is allowed).
* Able to work with minimal supervision but also in a team.
* Able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
