Agronomy Operations Manager
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Agronomy Operations Manager to manage an existing territory and expand the territory in South Central Kansas. This is a great organization to work with and grow with. The location is in a desirable part of Kansas and close to a metro area. What you will be doing:
Working with an established agronomy team to continue growing the territory and business.
Managing a team of 6-8 full time agronomy operations people.
Directing and maintaining daily operations for the facility.
Logistics of both trucks and custom applicators through the territory.
Willingness to continue developing and learning new and innovative ideas to grow the business. A successful candidate for this Agronomy Operations Manager will possess the following:
Strong understanding of agronomy and agronomy operations.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Understanding of chemical, fertilizer and seed recommendations.
Familiar with ag retail operations.
Good communication skills and team player.
Compensation: The compensation for this position will range from $70-75K depending on the experience of the candidate.
Benefits: The Agronomy Operations Manager will receive a good bonus plan including health, retirement, vehicle, and vacation along with a number of other good benefits.
Desired Location: South Central Kansas is the area of this position, so either being from the area or willingness to relocate to the area is a must.
