- Able to speak Conversational Spanish JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a large dairy operation located in Michigan who is seeking a well qualified Herd Manager. This is a hands on position that will help oversee all areas of the dairy and step in and help whenever needed. Successful candidate will have a positive, energetic attitude with strong leadership and motivational skills. Will lead the dairy team and ensure protocols are followed. Herd Manager will ensure daily tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Will be expected to be proactive in solving issues within the dairy. Must be experienced with feeding, herd health and AI breeding. Will assist in managing inventory and purchasing and will work with Veterinarian and Nutritionist.
