Goal is for individual to grow with company, taking on additional roles in sales, working with field trials, seed testing lab, production, etc. Requires background in horticulture or grass seed industry. Much of sales is done through telephone and e-mail. Will also work trade shows and attend conventions. Excellent benefits. BS.
