I am currently working with a Dairy & Cheese processor that has been providing high-quality dairy products for over 100 years. Due to the success of this company they are looking to add a new position of Lead Production Supervisor in Northern New York.
They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, responsible for manufacturing efficiency, inventory management, order fulfillment and delivery, safety, quality, operational maintenance, and repair. The Lead Production Supervisor will be responsible for fulfilling location goals and assuring quality and regulatory compliance.
The goal of adding this position is to provide strong leadership over this 100+ employee facility, working with the Plant Manager to achieve goals in production volume, quality, and efficiency while continuing a culture of safety.
The Ideal candidates hold 5+ years of experience focused in Dairy or Cheese manufacturing with oversite over a team. Strong knowledge of GMP"s, SQF and HACCP.
