- Pride in what they do and have JOB DESCRIPTION:Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for an experienced Sprayer Applicator/Farm Equipment Operator who will spray for this Southeastern Kansas crop producer. Main focus is spraying (mid-Feb. through mid-Nov.) and when not spraying they will assist in all crop production operations. Would really like to find a person who has experience operating larger late model JD precision equipment. This person will spray roughly 18,000 acres. The majority of sprayed acres will be within a 20-mile radius. Need to have good math skills and able to calculate chemical rates and read chemical labels. Person needs to be conscientious and very aware of surrounding and application. Important that person take pride in what they are doing. Need to be a self-starter and able to work a flexible schedule during spray season. Need good experience with routine maintenance and general repair and a CDL is a must.
