The Territory Manager will work with dealers in Colorado to grow business and improve market share in the region. We are seeking a sales professional that has excellent business/dealer development, customer service, training and selling skills. This is an established territory ripe for great growth! The ideal candidate will have a successful sales track record and a reputation for elevating a dealer network!
A strong farming background with practical, hands on experience operating tractors, farm implements, and hay tools is desired.
Successful track record working with dealers to grow market share and improve profitability in their business.
Experience with budgets, sales forecasting, tradeshow representation, and business planning initiatives.

Compensation: Base salary will be in the $90,000-$110,000 range, DOE, plus a bonus target of 30%.
