South East Regional Sales Manager - Vegetable Seed
Ag 1 Source is working with a well respected company in the vegetable seed industry to find a strong leader to step in and help navigate the every changing vegetable seed industry in the Southeast.
This is a Sales Management role for an experienced individual. We are looking for someone experienced both in sales and sales management but also who is well networked and respected throughout the Southeast in the vegetable seed industry. The ability to lead and motivate a sales team is key to this role.
This is an exciting time within this company and this will be a key leadership role helping to drive the future growth.

Fairly small territory overall, mainly South Georgia and Florida, occasionally up to the Carolinas.
What you will be doing:
Leading and assessing the sales team and helping drive their success.
Network with the customers and dealers to help continue to build and establish long term relationships.
Work with vendors to promote their products across this region.
Work with leadership of the company to grow this business.
A Successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience managing a sales team.
Network and knowledge of the customers in this area.
Strong understanding of the vegetable seed market in the Southeast.
10+ years of experience.
Compensation: Compensation depends on experience but the company is targeting $120-$130K.
Benefits: This position provides a company vehicle, health care with minimum out of cost to the employee, 401K, and other typical benefits.
Desired Location: This Sales Management role will need to be based in Southern Georgia or Florida.
