Managing the parts department in a busy, growing agriculture equipment dealership.
Driving parts sales through customer relations and serious marketing efforts.
Working to maintain proper inventory levels and turns to drive profitability.
Leading other parts personnel through excellent leadership skills. What you will need to be a successful Parts Manager:
A minimum of 2-3 years of parts management experience in a retail equipment environment.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong people and leadership skills.
The ability and experience putting together successful parts marketing programs.

Compensation: This position provides a target base salary of $60,000, DOE. There is a total compensation target of $70-$80 for experience.
Benefits: The company provides full benefits and a relocation reimbursement.
Desired Location: The Parts Manager will be located in Colorado. This is a great smaller community within 1.5 hours of the mountains.
