A cutting-edge equipment manufacturer now has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Team Leader to oversee service operations for their Central U.S.A. region. The company is a leader in the heavy equipment industry, bringing innovative new equipment to customers across the globe.
The Technical Service Team Leaders primary mission is to oversee dealer technical phone support. You will guide and support all quality assurance efforts for the ag product line and will be the leading expert on the technical issues and quality improvement initiatives on these product lines. We are looking for someone that can help us build a world class support organization! What will you be able to achieve in this Technical Service Team Leader role?
You will lead and develop the service teams technical ability to support our ag products.
You will oversee and lead day-to-day activities of a team of service professionals.
You will spearhead the continuous evaluation, education and effective professional development of the service professionals to properly support and accurately train dealership personnel.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical issues over the phone or in the field.
Monitor and communicate product reliability performance.
You will lead and organize product technical surveys.
