Service Manager - Ag/Construction Equipment ~ gpac ~ Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Gpac has just partnered with a multi-location Ag Equipment dealer in Ohio who is currently seeking a Service Manager for one of their locations. The company is family owned with a great culture along with corporate structure and stability. The ideal candidate would be someone with multiple years of service experience in a dealership setting, preferably with Ag or Construction Equipment. This position will oversee a team of mechanics, drivers, and interns to ensure delivery and service goals are met on a consistent basis. It will also require meeting with clients to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved.
Requirements:
-Prior experience servicing Ag or Construction Equipment
-Management experience preferred but not required
-Must possess proven ability to lead others
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in service environment
