We have an outstanding opportunity for a field service specialist to join our team. This individual will assist in supporting dealer efforts in the Lansing, Michigan area. We are seeking an individual that has excellent problem solving, customer service, and mechanical skills. This person will work alongside a territory manager and will work directly with dealers to solve technical issues with equipment and handle warranty claims. The position will work with our large commercial farming operations as well as supporting our dealer network. What do you need to be successful in this Field Service Representative position?
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high mechanical aptitude with technical degree, and a strong production agriculture background. You will have a passion for operating and working on farm equipment, tractors, and harvesting equipment. Your ability to train and support dealer technicians will be vital in this role. We are seeking a highly ambitious individual that wants to travel extensively, have fun, and provide excellent customer service to our dealers and customers. Compensation: Base salary is in the $65,000 to $77,000 range, DOE. There is a bonus program as well.
Benefits: The position includes full benefits, a vehicle, retirement, and paid expenses.
