I have a unique opportunity with a long-time semi-regional community bank group. This bank is large, methodical, and financially clean. My client is not a hot bank. But the management seeks a super-force person or small team to represent them in a new LPO coming to your area or an area that you might want to be...This bank is CAREFUL and wants to set you up for SUCCESS, not a failure. Compensation and info:
--This LPO will be in an office, not out of your car
--This is a balanced bank: ag, commercial (more C&I)
--Generous salary based on experience
--Up to 15% bonus with easy to understand parameters
--Family-oriented working environment
--Little turnover, average tenure, 15 years
--No micromanagement, but support and direction
