De Lacy Executive has been retained to recruit a Dairy Strategy Coordinator to be based in the South West of England. Our well respected and established client is one of the UK's leading farmer owned co-operatives in a niche area. The role is varied and will suit someone who holds agricultural commercial experience, who is passionate about dairy progression and who engages well with farm clients. The successful candidate will be a key support to the existing farm business team and will be responsible for delivering aspects of the farm strategy, with a key focus on knowledge transfer and technical development throughout the membership. As well as working throughout the supply base, this position will involve a reasonable degree of work based from the office, therefore residing within this territory will be essential. Key Requirements:
- Motivation to expand upon and develop farm practices and sustainability.
- Experience, interest and technical awareness of the UK dairy industry.
- Engaging communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A flexible approach to work and changing workloads.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Ideally, an Agricultural Degree or equivalent qualifications.
