DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for an experienced Farm Assistant for this east-central Washington crop producer. Prefer person to have 5 years of current or recent experience in crop production. Farming winter wheat, peas, canola and barley. Spray application on dryland wheat production experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills are needed. Ability to be flexible during multiple projects. This operation does all their own equipment service and repairs in-house on the farm. Knowledge of safety policies and procedures regarding chemicals, equipment/machinery is preferred. Searching for long-term employees. Preference given to technology, plant/spray experience, trucking and innovations in terms of conservation tillage. This employer is in a nice location to raise a family, with a strong school systems.
