Grain Superintendent ~ gpac ~ Mullen, Nebraska, USA

A highly respected and progress Ag operation is looking to hire a Grain Superintendent to oversee a location in the region.This company is offering a lucrative salary and full benefit package, along with a great team already in place.
Grain Supintendent Responsibilities:
* Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
* Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
* Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain; understand logistics and delivery
* Oversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performance
* Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility
Grain Superintendent Requirements:
* Minimum of 3+ years" experience in elevator management preferred
* Self-motivated, ambitious and able to meet on-time demands
* Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
* Mechanical abilities a plus
