Commercial Loan Officer (AG)
One of my most endearing family-geared banks urgently seeks some know-how in the commercial and agricultural lending department. Relationships and banking knowledge is more important than dollars in this bank!
The ideal candidate will have vast experience in bank production and desire to share that expertise with us as part of our team. Requirements:
--Minimum 15 recent years in banking in a lending and management role
--Will consider more experienced candidates if within the budget
--Managing experience is desired
--Upmost ability for risk review and workout as well as future portfolio growth
--Four-year college degree preferred, but experience trumps degree
--Willingness to be live in the community area and be an active member
