Sales Manager
Ag 1 Source is looking for a Sales Manager for the California market. This is an excellent company who is a global leader in agro-chemical and crop-nutrition manufacturing. They have a strong presence in the market and are growing. In this role, you will be overseeing several territory sales-reps and regional agronomists. Whats in it for you:

Managing a team of territory sales-reps as well as technical agronomists.
Helping and assisting in building product awareness and sales in the region.
Managing relationships with distribution.
Supply chain management through forecasting, budgeting etc.
Performance management of team.
Be a market and product master. A successful candidate for this Sales Manager will possess the following:
Bachelors degree in Crop Science, Agronomy or equivalent work experience with a minimum 8 years of experience in specialty agricultural product development and marketing support.
PCA and/or CCA certifications.
Extensive knowledge of regional crops, distributors, and customers will be necessary.
Strong knowledge of sales in agricultural specialty products (adjuvants, specialty fertilizer, specialty pesticides).
Management experience.
Proven ability to sell.
Compensation: A very competitive compensation package is offered depending on the experience of the successful candidate
