I am currently working with a global company that has been making an impact on the dairy industry for 50+ years. They are urgently and selectively looking for a Director of Procurement for their Wisconsin facility.
This company prides themselves on providing high-quality dairy products to food manufacturers, foodservice and restaurants around the world. They have a solid reputation nationally and are looking to continue that growth across the country. The Director of Procurement will manage all purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships for all cheese, butter, and casein. They will also partner with R&D and Quality teams to identify and procure ingredients for current and new product development.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of procurement experience purchasing dairy products or ingredients and a bachelor"s degree in food science, marketing, business or related field is preferred. Opportunities for advancement to the executive level are available for those who prove successful.
This company offers a base salary between $100,000 to $150,000 with a bonus depending on experience and full benefits and relocation.
