Parts / Support Specialist
An outstanding, smaller, custom parts manufacturer has a need for a customer oriented, highly motivated, problem solver that can help them take their parts business to new levels. The position is close to Wichita, Kansas, so there is plentiful shopping, recreation, and educational opportunities.
This would be a good opportunity for someone that has forage harvesting equipment experience. If you have parts and service experience at a farm equipment dealership or experience as a field service/support representative, this might be a great fit for you. What you will be doing as Part/Support Specialist:
You will visit daily by phone with customers, dealers, and manufacturers in a sales and support role.
You will become the customer/dealer advocate.
You will become an expert on the products and become a key source of information for the parts and service business.
You will assist with warehouse support.
You will spend roughly 20% of your time with inventory control and purchasing.
Compensation: This position provides $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
Benefits: This company pays 100% of health insurance.
