Position: Receptionist
Location: Makati City
Salary: P15,000
Schedule: Dayshift; M-F

Responsibilities:
• Accommodate guests by greeting them, answer their inquiries through phone or in person
• Escort the visitors to the conference room, interview room or offices accordingly
• Assisting them with their reservation, provide the available slots and schedules and give them recommendations
• Provide assistance in recruitment and other HR related tasks
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.



Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology or other related courses
• Must have 1 year experience working as a receptionist, office admin or other related position
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably with retail, hotel or HR experience
• Amenable to work in Makati City
