Responsibilities:
• Provide consultative feedback, technical requirement development/review, and informed insights on typical development scenarios:

• Object oriented
  1) .Net
  2) Java
  3) ADA/Smalltalk

• Procedural Language
  1) Cobol
  2) C

• 4 GL (Visual Basic)


• High level understanding on the following architecture domains, plus deep knowledge in at least one of them:
  1) Data Application
  2) System Integration
  3) Infrastructure
  4) Security

• Modern Architecture such as:
  1) J2EE
  2) SOA
  3) Cloud
  4) Mobile

• Open Source Softwares
  1) Product Platform
  2) Development Model
  3) License policies

• General Software Engineering
  1) Development Methodologies
  2) Testing Approaches
  3) Estimating Models

• Agile development

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant IT or Operations experience


• Minimum 3 years of Management experience in specific Technology platforms or products:
  1) Software or Application Development and Integration
  2) Packaged Application Products – SAP, Oracle, other specialized
  3) Testing CoE – Advanced Testing

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in at least 3 of the following activities:
  1) Interpreting the market
  2) Develop new capabilities – Build new skills
  - Incubate new technology delivery teams
  - Develop assets and accelerators around products or services
  3) Develop market alignment plans and drive demand pipeline with alliances
  4) Support sales processes with Technology Acumen
  5) Budget and Program Management
  6) Design and implement up skill programs for existing skill pools
