Systemantech Inc is looking for Junior Desktop Support Engineer/HelpDesk
Qualifications:
• With at least (2 to 3) years hands-on experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong knowledge and solid understanding of ITIL framework
• PC/laptop troubleshooting skills both in hardware and software
• Familiarity with the tools and applications being used by the company such as but not limited to, MS
Office Suit, Lotus Notes, Office 365
• Demonstrates initiative and implements to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency and provide superior customer service
