They are in need of a new Shop Foreman in one of their facilities, and are searching for a journeyman technician with a desire to step into leadership. The ideal candidate will have:
* 5-15 years of heavy equipment technician experience
* History with electrical, hydraulic, and engine repairs on backhoes, loaders, dozers, blades, rollers, and booms
* Familiarity with Komatsu, JD, and Cat systems
* Demonstrated consistency with equipment return times
* Management traits (i.e. strong communication skills, adaptability, organization skills)
